Cutting, stripping and crimping in one pliers

PNI SR7 is a professional crimping pliers for RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11 jacks , designed for network and telecommunications cabling work. With the same tool you can cut the cable, strip the outer sheath and crimp the connectors , including certain RJ45 pass-through jacks, reducing the number of tools required during installation.

Compatibility with RJ45 pass-through jacks

An important advantage of the PNI SR7 model is its compatibility with certain pass-through RJ45 jacks. In their case, the conductors pass through the front of the jack, which allows easier verification of the order of the wires before crimping.

The pliers also include a dedicated area for cutting the cable . We recommend making a straight cut, not a diagonal one, to simplify the subsequent preparation and crimping steps.

For stripping , the cable is inserted into the dedicated area, then rotated slightly until the blade cuts the outer sheath. The conductors can then be straightened and arranged in the required configuration before insertion into the jack.

Benefit for you: all cable preparation operations are done in a controlled manner, with separate areas of the pliers for each stage.
