This one, compatible only with the PNI HP 72 station, has two connectors: the cigarette lighter plug for powering the car battery and the SO239 plug for connecting the station to an external antenna. |
UseRemove the TNC antenna and battery from the station. Connect the SO239 plug of the adapter to the PL259 plug of the antenna mounted on the car dome. Connect the cigarette lighter plug of the adapter in the dedicated slot on the dashboard of your car. Now you can use the PNI HP 72 station as a mobile station. |
