	Key lock switch The PNI Escort HP 8001L CB radio station has a switch on the front panel that allows the selection of the emergency channel (19), the normal operating mode (CH) and the activation of the key lock function (L) , a useful function in situations where you want to avoid touching accidental pressing of the station keys.
ASQ adjustable An innovation in the CB segment, the adjustable automatic squelch (ASQ), offers maximum comfort even for the most demanding users of car CB radio stations. If until now we were used to activating/deactivating the ASQ, now PNI brings its adjustment function, a function that allows the elimination of up to 100% of interference, background noise and jamming in the CB band.
	6 pin microphone The HP 8001L ASQ radio has a standard 6-pin microphone jack on the front panel. The microphone included in the package has buttons for channel selection, PTT button and ASQ activation button.
40 channels The PNI HP 8001L radio station corresponds to the latest European CB standards. The station has a switch for changing the type of modulation (AM or FM) which will allow you to select the operating mode.
	Headphone jack with microphone The PNI HP 8001L radio station has plugs on the front panel for connecting a pair of headphones with a microphone, included in the package.
Communication distance The communication distance is another decisive factor in the purchase and use of a CB antenna. Thus, the maximum communication distance of 12 km is achieved in ideal working conditions: calibrated antenna, open field without obstacles, the station with the legally permitted maximum power of 4W and with a standard reception. Any obstacle such as: hills, mountains, buildings, walls can reduce this distance.
	Antenna length The length of the antenna is a very important factor that can influence the communication distance. Thus, the longer the antenna, the greater the range of action. The PNI ML100 antenna is 110 cm long (magnetic base included).
Magnetic base The magnetic base 120/PL in the package is provided with a 4 m cable, enough to place the antenna on the dome, it has a diameter of 125 mm and a strong magnet that gives the antenna stability even at high speeds.
