Solid, compact, and reliable

The PNI RX-TX KL203P CB radio amplifier is medium-sized, with a compact and solid construction, ideal for use especially due to the preamplifier required in case of weaker signals.

It measures only 120 x 110 x 40 mm and weighs 478 grams.

For easy accessibility, the amplifier comes with AM/SSB, TX/RX, and ON/OFF switches located on the front panel; it also comes with built-in reverse polarity protection for increased safety.

Technical specifications

It is powered at 12-14V and can communicate within the 28-29.7 MHz frequency range (AM-FM-SSB bands) with a power of up to 100W. The antenna used in conjunction with this amplifier requires an input SWR between 1.1 and 1.5.

The PNI RX-TX KL203P CB radio amplifier is designed with a radiator type design to dissipate heat easily and quickly.

By setting the standard and modulation, you can use the station in the UK and most European Union countries.

The PNI Escort HP 6500 PRO is equipped with the main European bands (EU, CE, UK, PL, I, I2, dE, In) and AM/FM operation.

Note: Before changing the modulation, check the selected standard. If the selected standard does not support AM modulation (such as CE, UK, and dE 41CH-80CH standards), pressing the A/F key on the station will have no effect.

NRC function

The PNI Escort HP 6500 PRO is enhanced with the NRC (Noise Reduction Circuit) function, which helps eliminate unwanted sounds such as electrical interference, static noise, and ambient noise, allowing for clearer and more intelligible communication.

Activating this function can make a significant difference in communication clarity, especially in noisy environments or those with strong interference.

VOX function

The VOX function allows automatic activation of transmission by voice, without the need to press the PTT button.

The VOX sensitivity can be adjusted to avoid accidental activation of transmission caused by background noise.
