Cypress oil is an essential oil obtained from the twigs, stems and leaves of the cypress tree.

Most cypress essential oil is made from Cupressus sempervirens, also known as Mediterranean cypress. Most studies focus on the essential oil obtained from this particular tree.

Cypress oil has many health benefits as it has antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal properties.

A soothing fragrance for a relaxing bath

Bergamot essential oil can be used:

• in bath water (add up to 8 drops of essential oil) for hemorrhoids, cuts, wounds, infections, acne, varicose veins and for general relaxation

• in the massage oil

• by inhalation with 5 drops per 100ml of hot water

• in aromatherapy fights stress, fatigue, migraines, improves breathing, reduces cough
