Warranty and returns

(Return Merchandise Authorization)

Dear customers,
In order to provide the best customer service, the return of products to ONLINESHOP SRL is done only by filling out the RMA online form: http://rma.pni.ro.

The products that are allowed to be returned are those with a guarantee certificate issued by ONLINESHOP SRL.

According to article no. 9 paragraph 1 of the Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to return the purchased product(s) free of charge, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date you get in possession of the products.

We will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs caused by the fact that you have chosen a different delivery method other than the delivery type offered by us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we get into possession of the product returned by you.


Can be returned:

    • - products within 14 days from getting into their possession
    • - products under warranty
    • products outside the warranty period (return shipping costs are borne by the customer)
    • - non-functional products in the first 24 hours after purchase (a copy of the invoice must be attached)
    • - products delivered by mistake by ONLINESHOP SRL


Procedure to be followed:

Step 1: The customer fills out the online form http://rma.pni.ro
Upon completion of the form, you will receive an automatic email with the RMA number and a label ready to print.

Step 2: Prepare the package, which will include the product in the original packaging, packed as well as possible, together with all its accessories (it is forbidden to stick AWB label or other labels, or scotch on the original packaging). Add a copy of the invoice and the Warranty Certificate issued by ONLINESHOP SRL.
On the outside of the package, stick the label received by email or manually write, in a visible place, the RMA number.
Please note that parcels received without an RMA number will be returned at the customer's expense with the statement "missing RMA number".

Step 3: An ONLINESHOP SRL operator will analyze the RMA request and will send the courier to pick up the package from the specified address.

For the products under warranty, the transport cost will be covered by ONLINESHOP SRL.

We process the RMA requests as follows:

  • forms completed on a business day - we process the request by 3 PM on the same day
  • forms completed after 3 PM, or on a non-trading day - we process the request on the next business day.
Careful! Returned products must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation. It is forbidden to stick AWB label or other labels, or scotch on the original packaging.
